We are manufacturers and exporters of Shaft Mounted Gearboxes. Helical Shaft Mounted Gearbox are manufactured in standards 5:1, 12.5:1 & 22:1 and also in customized ratios based on requirements. These industrial gearboxes shaft dimensions are interchangeable with reputed Indian and European manufacturers.

Gears from case hardened alloy steel and O/P shaft from medium carbon steel or with or without key are housed in graded C.I housing. Flange motors to IEC/CFMA frames can be accommodated as integral unit when required.

We are manufacturers, and exporters of Planetary Gearbox. For larger reduction in compact space owing to more planets sharing the load, planetary reduction gearbox are available in ratio from 3.15 to 450 in models BP-160, 250 & 315 in one or two stages, transmitting from 1 kw to 50 kw power have been added to family of quality products from BEW.

We are manufacturers and exporters of Worm Reduction Gearbox. Casings are made from fine graded Cast Iron. Worm gearbox are made from nickel alloy steel, case hardened and precision ground surfaces. Worm Wheels rims made from Aluminium, Bronze and Phosphorous Bronze (PB2C) casted on Graded Cast Iron hubs.

The worm gearbox are hobbed with multi start hobs to ensure a high load carrying capacity.

All these worm gear internals are supported on high quality Ball / Roller Bearings designed for life under Grease / oil splash lubrication. Hardened and ground worm drives are available.
